Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring a bilingual physician to join our Virtual Urgent Care team. You will provide care to Oscar Health Insurance members remotely, using audio, video, and written communication. The role reports to the Medical Director, Virtual Urgent Care.

We offer full-time schedules, day and evening shifts, with a weekend rotation. Remote work from home; must reside in one of the supported states. Base pay ranges from $227,226 to $298,233 per year with benefits and a bonus program.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited program.
• Board Certification in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
• Spanish fluency (read, write, and speak).
• 3+ years of outpatient urgent care or emergency department experience.
• 2+ years of virtual care/telemedicine experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual-based care to Oscar Health Insurance members.
• Collaborate with Care Team on complex cases.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and patient communication.
• Utilize remote exam tools and home monitoring equipment.
• Participate in meetings to support patient care and operations.
