Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is seeking a Bilingual Physician to join its Virtual Urgent Care team, delivering compassionate care to Oscar Health Insurance members via audio, video, and written communication. The physician reports to the Medical Director of Virtual Urgent Care and participates in a remote care model across designated Oscar states.

This full-time role offers day or evening shifts, with a weekend rotation every four weeks, and requires MD/DO, board certification in ER/FM/IM, and licensure

Qualifications

• MD/DO from accredited program.
• Board Certification in ER/FM/IM.
• Spanish fluency (read, write, speak).
• 3+ years of outpatient urgent care or emergency department experience.
• 2+ years delivering virtual care/telemedicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Collaborate with Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Leads on the Care Team as needed for complex patients.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and other providers.
