Zusammenfassung

Oscar Medical Group is hiring a Bilingual Physician for our Virtual Urgent Care team. You will provide virtual-based care to Oscar Health Insurance members using audio, video, and written communication from a home office.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the care team, following up on labs and imaging, and using remote examination tools. The role requires MD/DO, board certification, Spanish fluency, and multi-state licensure; remote/hybrid travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• MD/DO from an accredited program.
• Board Certification in ER/FM/IM.
• Spanish fluency (read, write, and speak).
• 3+ years of outpatient urgent care or emergency department experience.
• 2+ years of delivering virtual care/telemedicine.
• Must be onboarded with active licenses in multiple states via IMLC or eligible for compact licensure.

Aufgaben

• Provide high quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Collaborate with Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Leads on the Care Team.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and other providers.
• Utilize tools for virtual exams including remote monitoring and remote diagnostics.
• Participate in collaborative care models with nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, and behavioral health clinicians.
• Attend required meetings to support patient care and service lines.
• Provide feedback to improve operational workflows and product features.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
