Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring a Bilingual Physician to join our Virtual Urgent Care team. You will provide virtual care to Oscar Health Insurance members, delivering compassionate, evidence‑based care via audio, video, or written communication.

We offer full-time schedules (8 hours) with day and evening shifts, plus a weekend every four weeks. This remote role requires residence in one of the allowed states and active licenses via IMLC.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency (read, write, speak).
• 2+ years delivering virtual care/telemedicine.
• 3+ years of outpatient urgent care or emergency department experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Collaborate with Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Leads on the Care Team.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and other providers.
