Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring a bilingual Physician to join the Virtual Urgent Care team. The role delivers virtual-based care to Oscar Health Insurance members across designated states, reporting to the Medical Director, Virtual Urgent Care.

We offer full-time schedules (day and evening shifts) with weekend rotation. Remote work from home is required, with residency in eligible states; licenses in multiple states may be needed. Competitive base pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited program.
• Board Certification in ER/FM/IM.
• Spanish fluency (read, write, and speak).
• 3+ years of outpatient urgent care or emergency department experience.
• 2+ years delivering virtual care/telemedicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Collaborate with Physicians and/or Advanced Practice Leads on the Care Team for complex patients.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and other providers.
