Job summary

Redzone, the Connected Workforce unit within QAD Redzone, seeks an Operational Excellence Coach who is fluent in English and Spanish and can lead Lean transformations across multiple manufacturing sites in the United States. The role requires extensive travel (up to 80%) and remote work flexibility, with strong coaching skills and a background in frontline operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 2 years in a coaching/CI role in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Proven ability to drive Lean transformations across multiple plants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coach 5–7 customers at a time.
• Train customers on workflows inside Redzone software during 90‑day on-site deployments.
• Facilitate shop-floor huddles and daily meetings to support action cycles.
• Track performance data and customer uplifts during deployments.
• Lead process improvement and kaizen activities for customers.
• Share feedback with frontline teams and leadership to drive behavior change.
• Manage schedules and deliver success assessments upon project completion.
