Job summary

QAD Redzone is seeking an Operational Excellence Coach (Spanish Speaking) to lead Lean and cultural transformations for manufacturing clients in the Food & Beverage, CPG and General Manufacturing sectors.

You will coach shop-floor teams, drive process improvements, and deliver assessments while traveling up to 80% across the United States. Remote role with strong customer collaboration and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• 2 years coaching experience with business clients preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement is valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coaches 5–7 customers at a time.
• Trains customers on workflows inside Redzone software during 90-day deployments.
• Facilitates shop-floor huddles and daily Vital Signs meetings.
• Tracks performance data and uplifts during deployments.
• Leads process improvement and kaizen activities for customers.
• Delivers executive overviews and client status updates.
• Travel up to 80% across the United States.
