Responsibilities

• SOPs & process documentation to standardize workflows.
• Task delegation and accountability across the team and inbox.
• Email & inbox ownership and drafting responses independently.
• Onboarding for real estate agents and clients, including screening chats.
• Calendar and operations management during peak market seasons.
