Job summary

Michoacana Marketing Services is seeking a New Hire Specialist to remotely assist store managers and new employees as they join the company and help them complete the necessary paperwork.

You will collect documents, support ADP workflows, and provide new hires with manuals and access credentials. Bilingual English/Spanish, strong HRIS and MS Office skills, and discretion with confidential information are essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for oral and written communication.
• Proven work experience in HR onboarding or a related HR role.
• Experience with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process new hires and ensure completion of all required paperwork.
• Assist with all required documentation for Form I-9 purposes.
• Remotely assist store managers and employees with digital company paperwork.
• Assist with ADP profile registrations.
• Assist new hires with completion of all digital and paper forms.
• Provide new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving related results as needed.
• Answer phones in a professional manner and route calls as necessary.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
