Job summary

Marquis Commercial Solutions is seeking a Recruiting & HR Coordinator to manage the full employee lifecycle with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, and training. Responsibilities

• Maintain an efficient recruiting process to reduce time-to-hire while preserving quality.
• Manage job postings and postings through Paylocity.
• Conduct interviews by phone, video, and in-person at company or client locations.
• Onboard new hires, ensure paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Travel to company and client locations to support recruiting and onboarding activities.
