Job summary

PayNearMe is seeking an HR Operations Generalist to support our US-based remote workforce from Mexico. You will manage onboarding, benefits enrollment, and records maintenance while ensuring data accuracy and timely responses to employee inquiries.

In this remote role, you’ll work across time zones, leveraging HiBob/ADP and advanced Excel skills to improve HR processes and compliance. English fluency is essential for daily interactions and documentation.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required for communications.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, people operations, or HR operations.
• Proficiency with HR systems (HiBob, ADP) and common tools.
• Strong data management and attention to detail across large datasets.
• Comfort working across multiple time zones and with large data volumes.
• Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivot tables, data cleaning).

Responsibilities

• Manage the employee onboarding process end-to-end.
• Administer employee benefits enrollment and changes.
• Maintain and audit employee records across HR systems.
• Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain HR compliance documentation for audits and reporting.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and onboarding.
• Support data migrations and system integrations; reconcile discrepancies.
