Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a fully remote Bilingual Member Service Representative based in the United States. You will support English- and Spanish-speaking members with membership inquiries, banking products, and transactions in a fast-paced contact center.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
• Five years of work experience, or a combination of relevant experience and education.
• An associate degree or higher, or applicable certifications, may be considered.
• Customer service experience in direct engagement is required.
• Preferred: banking, financial services, and/or fraud-related work.
• Leadership experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls from English- and Spanish-speaking members.
• Assist with membership inquiries, banking products, services, rates, policies, and procedures.
• Document interactions accurately in CRM and other systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and ensure proper handoffs.
• Meet productivity, quality, schedule adherence, and service targets.
