Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Zero to two years of relevant customer service experience.
• Bilingual English and the role's second language.
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication.
• Ability to listen, ask effective questions, and build rapport.
• Basic insurance or service knowledge is beneficial.
• Comfort with multiple computer systems and databases.
• Willingness to undergo background screening and comply with policies.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, written inquiries, and other communications about policies, billing, and service requests.
• Assess needs, listen actively, and provide personalized assistance.
• Process policy changes accurately per procedures.
• Investigate and resolve routine to complex inquiries, escalating when needed.
• Aim for first-contact resolution with high accuracy and courtesy.
• Explain documents, billing info, and required follow-up actions clearly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
• Apply insurance knowledge to deliver accurate information.
