Qualifications

• 2–3 years in healthcare, eligibility screening, case management, or high-touch customer service.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, SCHIP, or SNP is a plus.
• Proficient with multiple screens and MS Teams/Outlook while maintaining a warm conversation.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls with members applying for or maintaining Medicaid, MSP, and LIS.
• Explain complex eligibility rules in simple terms and guide members through processes.
• Gather and verify personal and financial details for enrollment and recertification.
• Adhere to HIPAA and state regulations while documenting interactions.
