You will resolve escalated issues in a fast-paced environment, adhere to procedures, and advocate for members while delivering quality service to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Call center or customer service experience preferred and ability to pass assessments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries in a call center using scripts and procedures.
• Gather information, assess needs, research, resolve inquiries and document calls.
• Explain member eligibility and assist with Medicaid applications and status updates.
