Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with computers and multiple programs.
• Pass pre-employment screening and skills assessments.
• 1+ year of call center or telephone customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center using scripts.
• Gather information, assess needs, research and document calls.
• Explain member eligibility and assist with Medicaid applications and updates.
• Follow policies on call handling and escalations.
• Advocate for Medicaid members to ensure needs are met.
