Conduent State Healthcare, LLC is hiring a Call Center Representative – Medicaid Member Support (Bilingual English/Spanish). This remote role supports Medicaid members in SC, NC, and GA, handling inquiries, assisting with applications, and resolving issues to deliver excellent service.

The position requires 1+ year of call center experience, high school diploma, and ability to work across multiple systems. Competitive benefits and paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
• Have legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Must pass the Call Center – Service Skills Assessment and Internet Speed test.
• Minimum 1 year of call center or related experience.
• Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs and navigate multiple screens.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center using standard scripts.
• Gather information, assess caller needs, research, resolve inquiries, and document calls.
• Provide information about member eligibility and assist with Medicaid applications.
• Follow policies and procedures including call handling and escalations.
• Act as an advocate to ensure members' needs are met.
• Navigate across multiple computer screens to access information.
