Conduent is hiring a Call Center Representative-Medicaid Member Support (Bilingual English/Spanish). This full-time role supports South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia members in a remote setting, delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle escalated inquiries, assist with Medicaid applications, verify eligibility, and document interactions across multiple systems while meeting performance goals. Training is provided, and benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 1 year of call center or related experience.
• Pass the Call Center – Service Skills Assessment and Internet Speed test.
• Comfortable using multiple programs and navigating multiple screens.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center using scripts and procedures.
• Gathers information, assesses caller needs, researches, and documents calls.
• Provides information on member eligibility and assists with Medicaid applications.
• Follows policies and handles call handling and escalations.
• Acts as an advocate for Medicaid members to meet their needs.
• Navigate across multiple computer screens while accessing information from various applications.
• Utilizes 5 systems to gather information and document up to 3 systems.
