Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
• Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa transfer or sponsorship.
• 1 year call center experience in telephone customer service or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center environment using standard scripts and procedures.
• Gather information, assess caller needs, research, and resolve inquiries; document calls.
• Provide clear information regarding member eligibility and assist with completing Medicaid applications.
• Follow documented policies and procedures including call handling and escalations.
• Advocate for Medicaid members to ensure needs are met.
• Navigate across multiple computer screens accessing information from various applications.
• Utilize multiple systems to gather information and document activities across up to 3 systems.
