Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Experience in call centers or customer service preferred.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems and navigating screens.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center using scripts and procedures.
• Gather information, assess needs, research, resolve inquiries, and document calls.
• Explain member eligibility and assist with Medicaid applications and status updates.
• Follow documented policies, handle call escalations, and advocate for members.
