Conduent State Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Call Center Representative for Medicaid Member Support (Bilingual English/Spanish). The role is remote across South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia, with a 40-hour work week and a $17.50 hourly rate.

You will handle inquiries, assist with applications, and document across multiple systems to ensure high-quality customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, meet performance goals, and benefit from paid training and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pre-employment screening required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum 1 year of call center or related experience.
• Pass Call Center Service Skills Assessment and Internet Speed test.
• Computer literacy and ability to use multiple programs.
• Experience preferred in customer service or call center roles.

Responsibilities

• Respond to Medicaid member inquiries in a call center using scripts.
• Gather information, assess needs, research, resolve inquiries, and document calls.
• Explain member eligibility and assist with Medicaid applications and status updates.
• Follow documented policies including call handling and escalations.
• Advocate for Medicaid members to ensure needs are met.
• Navigate across multiple computer screens accessing information from several applications.
• Use 5 systems to gather information and document in up to 3 systems.
