Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Bilingual Loan Processor (Spanish/English) to join a fast-paced lending team. This fully remote role is based out of Colorado Springs, CO, with a must-reside requirement in several western states.

You will manage a high-volume loan pipeline and communicate with borrowers and contractors to move applications from origination to closing. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, has 1–2 years in a call center or financial services setting, and excels in customer

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• 1–2 years in a high-volume call center environment.
• Experience in consumer lending, mortgage loan processing, banking, auto lending, or financial services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple computer systems.
• Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with borrowers and contractors regarding loan applications and status.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of consumer loan applications from origination through closing.
• Enter borrower information into processing systems with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Underwriting, and contractors to ensure smooth processing.
• Communicate lending decisions and next steps to customers and contractors.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with goal of first-call resolution.
• Maintain loan records and documentation throughout the lending process.
• Meet production, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support operational enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies.
