Job summary

AbroadWorks, Inc. is hiring a Loan Onboarding Specialist (Bilingual - English/Spanish) to support the financing process from lead follow-up through underwriting and funding. This remote role serves clients across Latin America, requiring strong financial analysis and excellent English/Spanish communication.

The ideal candidate will work U.S. Eastern Time hours, be highly organized, and comfortable coordinating with lenders and internal teams to structure deals and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Strong financial analysis and documentation review skills.
• Experience supporting client onboarding and loan processes.
• Comfortable negotiating terms with lenders on behalf of clients.
• Ability to manage multiple deals with attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads and onboard them as clients.
• Gather, review, organize, and archive client documentation.
• Upload client information to Kaaj and review its analysis.
• Prepare client-facing materials including loan applications and financial projections.
• Explain lender requests or conditions to clients and update on deal status.
• Perform financial analysis on new transactions.
• Structure deals according to lender requirements and criteria.
• Negotiate rates, fees, and conditions with lenders for clients.
