Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Bilingual Loan Processor (Spanish/English) for a fully remote role with a Colorado Springs, CO contract-to-hire base. The candidate will handle loan applications, communicate with borrowers and contractors, and ensure compliance and accuracy throughout the loan lifecycle.

The role requires 1–2 years in a high-volume lending environment, strong customer service, and multitasking skills. Salary is hourly, with full-time potential and benefits discussed at hire.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume call center or lending environment.
• Experience in consumer lending, mortgage servicing, banking, auto lending or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with borrowers and contractors regarding loan applications and status updates.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of consumer loan applications from origination through closing.
• Enter borrower information into loan processing systems accurately.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers, Client Success Managers, Underwriting, and contractors to ensure smooth processing.
• Communicate lending decisions and next steps to customers and contractors.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while aiming for first-call resolution.
