RBI Private Lending is seeking an experienced bilingual Loan Processor to join our fast-growing private lending team. This role ensures the smooth progression of loan files from application through closing in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of loan processing experience.
• Direct experience in private lending (DSCR, Bridge, Construction, or Fix-and-Flip) is required.
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of loan documentation and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of loan files from application through closing.
• Collect, review, and verify borrower documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Submit complete loan files to underwriting and clear conditions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Underwriting, and Closing to maintain deal momentum.
• Track file progress and meet deadlines and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with policies, investor guidelines, and applicable regulations.
