The ideal candidate speaks English and Spanish, has 3+ years of mortgage processing experience for a broker, and demonstrates outstanding attention to detail and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years mortgage processing experience for a broker.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent attention to detail and accountability.
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with accuracy.
• Proactive communication and problem solving.
• Willing to work outside traditional hours when needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage loans from lock through funding with timely, accurate underwriting submissions.
• Collaborate with the Loan Officer, Loan Partners, underwriters, borrowers, and third-party partners.
• Proactively manage files and minimize underwriting conditions.
• Help ensure loans close on time and maintain high-quality submissions.
