ADP is hiring a Life Cycle Consultant (LCC).

The Life Cycle Consultant strengthens the connection and relationship with clients through service and consultation from the beginning of the client journey with ADP TotalSource (TS) through the life cycle of the client. The role builds relationships with client contacts, including the Benefit Administrator Contact (BAC) and the Work Site Employees (WSE), and supports onboarding, open enrollment, and ongoing benefits communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Benefits Presentations: Provides consultation on benefit offerings during Open Enrollment, partners with the HRBP to conduct WSE benefits enrollment meetings, works with the Benefits Operations team to deliver a successful open enrollment client experience, conducts client seminars and annual benefit enrollment meetings, and assists clients with the election process.
• Relationship Management Assistance: Provides benefits consultation and advice to Benefits Administrators, HRBPs, and WSEs, partners with Sales and Implementation Consultants on onboarding solutions and benefits value proposition, establishes benefits plan education during onboarding and open enrollment meetings.
• Ensures onboarding benefits plan education: Collaborates with the distributed service team to ensure timely and effective client‑focused service, partners with HRBP/KAE/CRE to drive ADP benefit product penetration, and presents and demonstrates the benefits value proposition at prospect meetings.
• Change Management: Assists with the change management process for benefit elections/changes, coordinates with HRBP/CRE and clients to identify details, and provides best‑practice guidance for effective implementation.
• Account Management Assistance: Interacts with Sales, Implementation, KAE, HRBP, BAC and WSEs to reinforce the TotalSource benefits value proposition during client meetings and calls; supports account due diligence and plan compliance.
• Benefits Consulting: Coordinates with HRBP/KAE/CRE to identify opportunities to increase ADP benefits value, delivers compliance training, and coordinates client training with the Learning Solutions Group if necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Travel Requirements

Local travel of 10‑15% of the time, up to 60‑70%, within 100 miles is required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours (occasionally).
• Bilingual in Spanish is desirable, but not mandatory.
