NOVO is seeking a Remote Leasing Admin to support leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a 380-unit portfolio. You will be a bilingual liaison for prospects and residents in English and Spanish, working remotely with the Property Management Team.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, maintaining records in Yardi, assisting with paperwork and lease preparation, and ensuring Fair Housing compliance.

Qualificações

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Prior leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of available apartments, pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community features.
• Respond to leasing inquiries within one business day, provide property information, schedule tours, and encourage applications.
• Maintain accurate prospect records, notes, and tour appointments in Yardi.
• Assist the Property Management Team with applicant qualifications, paperwork, lease preparation, and administration, following NOVO’s screening criteria.
• Support property marketing and leasing initiatives as requested.
• Answer incoming phone calls during designated business hours.
• Respond to resident requests and questions, coordinating with the Property Management Team for timely resolution.
• Comply with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably assigned.
