Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations within the community. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, process applications, and ensure move-ins go smoothly while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires a professional demeanor, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility for evenings and weekends. Proficiency in Yardi Voyager is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience
• Low-Income Housing & Tax Credit experience is highly desired.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
• Solid computer knowledge, Windows (Word, Excel), internet, and e-mail
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management Software

Responsabilités

• Provide A+ customer service at all times.
• Greet and qualify prospects; record visits.
• Communicate needs to Community Manager; close sales.
• Assist in processing applications and deposits per procedures.
• Maintain accurate availability reports and lease files.
• Assist in renewals and notices; ensure move-in readiness.
• Input lease data into Yardi accurately and on time.
• Support management with tasks and policy adherence.
• Orient new residents to the community.
