Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment leasing.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Experience with leasing software (Yardi, OneSite or similar).

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and communicate features and benefits.
• Guide residents through applications and leasing process.
• Process lease agreements, renewals, and move-in docs.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Handle deposits and rent payments accurately.
• Maintain records and leasing reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.
