NOVO is seeking a Leasing Admin to support a 380-unit portfolio with leasing, marketing and resident relations. The role operates remotely alongside the Property Management Team, serving as a bilingual contact for prospects and residents in English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate has leasing or property management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with Yardi. A professional, responsive approach is essential to ensure timely responses and high occupancy.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain knowledge of available apartments, pricing, floor plans, amenities and community features.
• Respond to leasing inquiries within one business day, provide property information, schedule tours and follow up with prospects to encourage applications.
• Maintain accurate prospect records, notes and tour appointments in Yardi.
• Assist the Property Management Team with applicant qualifications, paperwork, lease preparation and administration, following written screening criteria.
• Support property marketing and leasing initiatives as requested.
• Answer incoming phone calls during designated business hours.
• Respond to resident requests and questions, coordinating with the Property Management Team to ensure timely resolution.
• Comply with Fair Housing laws and company policies in all interactions with prospects and residents.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably assigned
