TransUnion LLC is seeking a Consultant, Consumer Experience to support customers across fraud and identity platforms. The role involves managing projects, onboarding clients, and delivering data-informed solutions while coordinating with Sales, Product, and technical teams.

The position is hybrid, requiring in-person collaboration at a TransUnion office at least two days per week, with global team coverage and on-call rotation. The team reports to the Director of Customer Experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent at least in business, finance, CS.
• 3+ years in consulting, project/implementation management, fraud management, or customer success.
• Ability to translate findings into practical, data-driven solutions.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer initiatives through project lifecycles and coordinate stakeholders.
• Provide first-line support for day-to-day operational and technical questions.
• Monitor service statistics, prepare reports, and track issues to resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address fraud and identity platform-related issues.
• Identify opportunities and communicate insights to Sales and Product teams.
• Build relationships with sponsors and executives across local and remote teams.
• Support on-call rotations and be available across time zones.
