Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) for a full-time, work-from-home position with regular travel to in-person appointments in Albuquerque, NM. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

The role involves coordinating treatment plans with physicians, employers, and customers to ensure cost-effective, effective recovery and return-to-work outcomes. Compensation includes a base salary range of $70,000–$83,000 plus a productivity bonus.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred. Workers’ compensation-related experience preferred.
• Skills: Ability to advocate recommendations with physicians, employers, and customers; work independently; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and competency in applying case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using knowledge of injuries, medications, and job duties.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and utilize resources to tailor treatment plans.
• Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties to facilitate early return to work.
• Evaluate and modify case goals based on patient improvement and treatment effectiveness.
• Independently manage workload, prioritizing cases effectively.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for customers as assigned.
