The role offers full-time employment with provided equipment, a $15.00 base hourly wage plus a $0.50 language differential and up to an additional $2 per hour for after-hours or weekend shifts; comprehensive benefits and training are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Handle back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers during your shift.
• Engage with a diverse customer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues.
