Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience in customer service.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license.
• Adapt to changing customer needs and multiple channels.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot before escalation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with common customer service software and systems, such as CRM tools.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled support tools to help find information and draft responses.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, or other methods.
• Document all customer accounts thoroughly after actions.
• Use job tools and aids, perform basic troubleshooting before escalation.
• Assist with simple certificate requests and manage email inboxes.
• Self-manage tasks with minimal supervision to ensure optimal service.
• Adapt to shifting customer needs and channel demands with empathy.
• Provide frontline feedback on recurring issues to improve processes and AI responses.
• Perform other duties as requested.
