Job summary

Valatam is hiring a Remote Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Associate to support a U.S.-based client. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service and driving sales opportunities from a remote setting.

You will handle inbound/outbound inquiries, educate customers on services, and document interactions in CRM while meeting KPIs and performance targets. A bilingual English-Spanish candidate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 3–4 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Call Center, Customer Success, or Business Development.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
• KPI-driven, agile, and coachable.
• Available to work rotating 8-hour shifts (40 hours/week), including possible weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Educate potential customers on services, procedures, and solutions.
• Build customer relationships and represent the brand professionally.
• Convert inbound/outbound sales opportunities into booked services.
• Follow sales processes and quality standards to ensure excellence.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with team to achieve KPIs and business targets.
• Maintain reliability and attendance in a fast-paced remote environment.
