Job summary

Transcard, a Chattanooga-based payments specialist, is seeking a positive customer service representative for a part-time, remote role in the United States. You will be the first point of contact, handling calls and emails and delivering a best-in-class support experience.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, updating profiles, coordinating with other teams, and maintaining customer loyalty while adhering to EST hours and security policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or equivalent.
• English and/or bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to multitask and stay organized.
• Capable of handling a high volume of calls and emails.
• Able to share workload within a team.
• Patient, attentive, and time-conscious.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers and provide top-tier support.
• Handle inbound calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Respond to inquiries and provide personalized service.
• Update and maintain customer profiles with current status.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Build loyalty by meeting customer expectations and solving problems.
• File disputes in accordance with Regulation E and document interactions.
• Maintain communication with Fraud and Operations teams as needed.
