Credit9 is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves professionally dialing, answering, screening, and transferring calls, managing inbound/outbound calls, and delivering outstanding customer service from a remote setting in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls.
• Update client information in the CRM.
• Follow call center scripts for various topics.
• Direct clients to appropriate departments.
• Identify issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain records of conversations in CRM.
• Assist Debt Consultants with enrollment processes.
• Meet or exceed call quotas as a team and individually.
