Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) for a fully remote contract role. You will handle inbound calls, chats, and account management while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Starting Sept 28, 2026, with shifts between 7:45am and 10pm, you will complete extensive self-study, training, and testing. Eligibility for benefits depends on employment status and program terms.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries
• Help customers manage their accounts
• Verify eligibility for coverages/review healthcare options etc.
• Find creative solutions to any, and all, consumer problems that arise
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues in a timely manner
• Display flexibility and willingness to accept constantly changing project/program updates
• Demonstrate corporate values on a consistent basis
• Input customer information into a database
• Various administrative duties as assigned
