Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives fluent in Spanish and English for a fully remote role supporting utility and gas bill payments. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a remote work environment and the chance to gain call center experience while helping customers.

You will handle inbound calls, assist with account questions, process payments securely, and document interactions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal) required.
• At least 1 year of call center customer service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer service calls regarding utility and gas bill payments.
• Assist customers with questions about their accounts and billing statements.
• Process customer payments securely over the phone.
• Support customers who have missed payments and need assistance restoring utility services.
• Direct callers to the appropriate department when issues fall outside the scope of support.
• Provide professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service in both English and Spanish.
• Accurately document customer interactions and payment information.
