TEKsystems in Houston, TX is seeking a contract-based remote Customer Service Specialist to support Medicare/Medicaid inquiries, enrollment, and account management.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, chat, and document uploads, with flexible schedules including weekends during open enrollment.

The role requires English and Spanish fluency, 3+ years of CS experience, and the ability to troubleshoot home equipment while working from home.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service/call center experience.
• 2+ years of remote/WFH experience.
• Experience assisting customers over the phone via inbound/outbound calls.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues while working from home (Internet Familiarization Assessment).

Responsibilities

• Speak with Medicare/Medicaid recipients about eligibility and coverage options.
• Assist with account creation, management and password resets.
• Be flexible for changing environments and special projects.
• Upload documents while answering calls from consumers.
• Engage with customers by phone and respond to online chat inquiries.
• Update billing and payment preferences.
