Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agents to support its Training Services Team. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service from a remote home-based setting.

Work 4–5 days per week with shifts between 12:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. ET, minimum 25 hours weekly. The position offers hourly pay from $16 to $21.30 with potential local adjustments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound call and email inquiries from Training Services learners, prospective learners, instructors, and instructor organizations.
• Use information from computer systems to provide resolution to inquiries, update records and note reason and resolution.
• Handle basic inquiries such as account maintenance, class information and usage issues.
• Maintain daily production standards: Average Handle Time, Calls per Hour, Email per Hour, Percentage Online Time, Quality.
• Triage complex problems and route callers to appropriate resources.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
