Affirms is hiring an Operations Associate to join our Customer Operations team to resolve complex customer inquiries through email and occasional phone calls. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and products while maintaining high quality and timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in English and French, have 1–3 years of omnichannel customer support experience, and thrive in a fast-growth environment with remote-first flexibility.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience interacting with customers in an omnichannel environment (phone, email, chat, etc).
• Proficient in both English and French.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated customer inquiries via email and occasional phone, maintaining professionalism and high QA scores.
• Communicate, investigate, and resolve customer issues using in-depth product and financial knowledge.
