Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Customer Operations team in a remote-friendly role.

You will resolve escalated inquiries primarily via email, while occasionally supporting customers by phone, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement new systems and products. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of omnichannel customer interaction experience, strong English and French communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Willingness to support operation functions on evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• 1-3 years experience interacting with customers in an omnichannel environment (phone, email, chat, etc).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in English and French; able to work independently in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated customer inquiries via predominantly email, with occasional phone calls.
• Maintain professionalism and high QA scores with clients.
• Use product and financial knowledge to investigate and resolve customer issues.
• Participate in ongoing training and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement including coaching and quality monitoring.
• Assist with new product incubation and ad-hoc projects.
• Manage schedules and email channels to drive productivity and quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex issues.
