Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a bilingual Client Care Representative to join our remote Customer Care Centre, serving both French- and English-speaking clients. The role offers a full-time remote position with hours Monday–Friday, EST, and candidacies from across Canada.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, provide accurate information, document interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction while promoting our products and services. A strong home-office setup is required.

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree or diploma.
• Experience working in a call center environment in customer service.
• Strong and developed oral and written communication in both official languages.
• Excellent writing skills including grammar, spelling and punctuation in both official languages.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfilling customer requests and responding to inquiries/complaints via phone, email, chat with professional customer care.
• Analyze information to determine next steps according to the inquiry.
• Accurately document interactions and update call history; relay messages to third parties when required.
• Stay current on program information, business initiatives, and corporate products and processes.
• Effectively promote products and services with strong product knowledge.
