Group O is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) for a fully remote role in the United States. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and provide courteous, accurate information to support client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively, resolves issues with empathy, and demonstrates a customer-focused mindset. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 9:30am-6:00pm Central Time, with opportunities for additional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Basic customer service and phone handling experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls with courteous, accurate responses.
• Identify root causes and resolve customer issues.
• Build rapport and tailor responses to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, promotions.
• Assist with orders, returns, exchanges, tracking.
• Log all interactions in systems and generate reports.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical support.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.
