Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Experience supporting luxury brand products and services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both English and Spanish.
• Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting consumer products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
