Qualifications

• Previous Call Center / Customer service experience.
• Education: At least HS diploma / GED.
• Bilingual: English & one of the listed languages.
• Must reside in AZ, ID, NV, UT or TX.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Communicate with customers through various channels; coordinate with colleagues as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
