Job summary

Amerit Consulting is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote position with a Fortune 1000 client serving government health and human services agencies. The role includes 6 months plus temp-to-hire, 8-hour shifts between 7am–7pm PST, and training. CLIENT: A US Fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to Government Health and Human services agencies, seeks an accomplished Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role.

LOCATION: Remote / Work from Home

DURATION: 6 Months + Temp-to-Hire

TRAINING PROVIDED: 1-2 week(s)

SHIFT: 8 hours shift (between 7am to 7pm PST)

PAY RATE: $16/hr. on W2

EQUIPMENT: BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) for work

(Laptop with Windows 10 / 11 with i5 processor or above, Chromebook / Tablets NOT allowed)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Need a bilingual CSR in a state program that provides discounted home phone and cell phone services to eligible households.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Communicating with customers through various channels. Communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Provide feedback on efficiency of Customer service process.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Desired: Previous Call Center / Customer service experience.
• Education: At least HS diploma / GED.
• Bilingual: English & once of the following: Laotian/Lao, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Cambodian, Hmong, Tagalog, Spanish.
