Job summary

Amerit Consulting is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a major US government health services program. Training begins on 12/07/2026 with orientation, equipment setup and a 9-day session, followed by nesting.

The role requires full availability during training and the ability to work within the PST schedule and post-training shifts. Primary languages span multiple languages including Lao, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Cambodian, Hmong, Tagalog, English

Qualifications

Education: At least HS diploma OR GED. (Proof of education is a must)
Must have 2-3 years of Customer Service experience within the healthcare/insurance/pharma call center industry.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from consumers, including the general public, prospective enrollees, and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf in accordance with performance standards, policies and procedures.
Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.
Complete associated tasks according to the established guidelines.
Meet Quality Assurance and other key performance metrics.
Facilitate fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download.
Transfer/refer callers to appropriate entities according to guidelines.
Escalate calls or issues to appropriate staff for resolution as needed.
Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures.
Attend meetings and training and maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs and systems.
